Nature in Ibiza

Whoever comes to Ibiza wants to fully enjoy this island, discover its hidden areas, the most beautiful landscapes, the most beautiful beaches and be able to tour it far and wide. Many are in fact the paths that the traveler can take to explore the island. To the south we find the natural park of Ses Salines, a nature reserve in the past a salt mine, a very important source of economic wealth in the past. Currently the park is interesting from the point of view of nature, especially for the presence of various species of birds, like the eagle, the seagull, the flamingo and many others. For nature lovers a visit to the park is unmissable, among dunes and sand but also a spectacular Mediterranean vegetation. Not far from Ses Salines, es codolar beach is a very pretty. From the beach you can see the salt pans and even the coast of Formentera. (photo credits: R.M.Florido)
