Sa Cova Vineyard

Senza titolo-1 Since the Phoenicians first arrived on Ibiza back in the seventh century, wine has always been made here, but when Sa Cova started producing wine in 1993, it became the first commercial winery on the Island. The vineyard stretches over 9 hectares and produces three red wines, one rose and one white wine. Sa Cova vineyard is open all year round and the owner welcomes visitors. The wine festival in December is held here in San Mateu where Sa Cova showcases their new wines. It offers anyone interested the chance to see the wine production process from close quarters, by means of a visit to the winery, during which visitors will not only be given information on said process, but will also be able to discover and taste the wines they make. In this way Sa Cova lays itself open to gastronomic tourists, giving them the opportunity to enjoy an idyllic landscape and a delightful experience. http://sacovaibiza.com/
