Tradition and new trends in the ibiza’s cuisine

tortillas The ibiza cuisine is typically ‘fish and meat’ dishes. For the rest, reigns traditional Spanish cuisine, with the famous tortillas and paellas, or fish based dishes. Lately on the island are opening more and more specialized restaurants, for example Italian, sushi-bar, or bistro with French cuisine. The latest trend involves the mediterranean asian fusion style, light, but quite expensive, especially proposed in the beach bar or in the chill-out clubs.
